  2. ​We send you a set of short videos about the practical elements of financial settlements. You can watch them on a laptop or mobile.

  3. The videos show the range of settlement outcomes that almost all separating Australian couples end up with. You’ll see what’s normal, and why. 

  4. Based on background information you provide us, we match you with examples from our database of real-life couples with situations similar to yours. Seeing how they constructed their settlement terms will give you clear options for how you two should settle.​

  5. You can share this with your former partner if you wish. ​If you do, and you both like the same option, you’re almost all the way to a settlement.  

If your partner agrees...

Then you’ll certainly want to have legally binding documents prepared.

We can help you do so, if you wish. We do charge for that, but we’re fast and inexpensive - especially compared with lawyers.

If you don't agree...

You'll almost certainly be closer to a deal than before. So if you wish, you can engage us for one of our mediation services to get you there.
